    I ordered a phone for my brother for this past Christmas 2017. I bought the phone in early November 2017 and stated that it was for a Christmas gift for my brother, so call me when it is ready and left my number. In early December I called to see if the phone was there, and they said it is there and ready to be picked up whenever. I asked how long do I have to get it, and they said they can hold it for as long as I need them to. I said perfect, I will get it closer to Christmas time because it is a gift for my brother. So a week before Christmas they called my brother to tell him that his phone was ready to be picked up. My brother was obviously confused, and he asked what are they talking about, and Peter the store manager at Sprint explained the phone to him, which made my brother realize it was a gift for him. So when my brother told me what they did, I called back and talked to Peter, the manager at the store and he apologized and seemed sincere. He offered to throw in a free glass screen protector, I said no thank you, I already bought that for my brother. So he offered to order in a phone case for him, which I accepted. I keep calling them asking about the phone case for literally weeks, they haven't called me at all. They keep saying it got shipped to the wrong store, it will be in Monday, no just kidding it will be in Wednesday giving me the run around. I called Friday (12/19/18) and they said it would be in Monday (12/22/18). When I called today at noon Peter said a very large shipment from the UPS was coming in at 3 pm, and the phone case should be in today. When I got off work at 4 pm, I called and spoke to Matt who said Peter had already left for the day. So I asked Matt if the phone case was in since Peter said there would be a very large UPS shipment. Matt informed me that they only received two phones from UPS today (12/22/18). I explained to Matt the whole phone case ordeal, and asked if he would leave a message for Peter that I was very disappointed in how it is 6 weeks after the fact, and still no phone case. If I had known it would take this long I would have just bought him a case, or my brother would have bought a case. Matt said okay he will tell Peter what I said, and to have a great day in a very condescending voice, which was the cherry on top of it all. I know me not doing business with this store will not be the reason this store closes, but if they treat all their customers like this, it will might end to their store closing. As a person who has worked in customer service for 8 years, I try to be polite and patient. I try to be understanding and I never yell at the people working (and haven't yelled/screamed at the Sprint staff), but every part of this is so very frustrating, from the Christmas surprise being ruined to the phone case ordeal. If I could give this rating no stars or negative stars I would.
